A Colorado native, he attended the University of Denver and served in the U.S. Army before earning his law degree from the University of Colorado. He began his career in La Junta, expanding his practice to Colorado Springs in 1989. McDivitt Law Firm, now a family-run business, has grown significantly, with five offices across Colorado. Mike is known for his "no-fee-until-we-win" policy, ensuring accessibility to legal representation for all clients.

David McDivitt, Executive Vice President of McDivitt Law Firm, is a nationally recognized trial lawyer. Before joining the firm, he was a Deputy Public Defender. David focuses on representing victims of car accidents, drunk driving, and other serious injuries. He's a frequent legal commentator and active in the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. David is a University of Colorado graduate with both his undergraduate and law degrees. He's been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Cristin Fitzgerald is a personal injury attorney at McDivitt Law Firm. She previously worked for insurance companies, which gave her valuable insight into how to effectively represent clients against them. Cristin graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and Louisiana State University. She is an experienced litigator who enjoys advocating for individuals against larger entities. Aaron S. Kennedy grew up in Colorado and studied at the University of Colorado Boulder before attending Michigan State University for law school. Inspired by his father, he found a passion for law, particularly in Workers' Compensation. Kennedy enjoys the challenges of each case and building strong relationships with his clients. He believes in understanding each individual's unique situation to determine the best action.

Joel R. Kotler, originally from Philadelphia, earned his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. While working in real estate, he developed an interest in law, leading him to pursue a legal career. After practicing workers' compensation law on both the plaintiff and defense sides, Joel joined McDivitt Law Firm. He prioritizes client communication and appreciates the firm's team-oriented approach to achieving client goals.

Jordan grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate degree. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. Inspired by his grandfather, a former Deputy Investigator, Jordan pursued a career in personal injury law. He believes corporations often exploit injured individuals and strive to fight for fair compensation for his clients. Inspired by his parents' dedication to service, Chris Philips began his career as a teacher with Teach for America. After graduating from Chicago Kent College of Law, he worked as a public defender and later for insurance companies.
